Equity investments

The Company may become an equity investor in certain companies if the investment opportunity provides a larger future opportunity to help diversify the potential risk/reward of the company’s investments and/or improve the overall shared resource infrastructure. Although these investments are accompanied with higher risk, that risk is mitigated by investing in companies that will service our existing investments.
