Revenues for the quarter ending September 30, 2017 (“Q3 2017”) were

$4,550,757 compared to $2,345,384 for the quarter ending September 30, 2016 (“Q3 2016) or an increase of $2,205,373 or 94% increase.

Gross Profits for the quarter ending September 30, 2017 (“Q2 2017”) were $802,550 compared to $570,838 for the quarter ending September 30, 2016 (“Q3 2016) or an increase of $231,712 or 41% increase.

Net Incomes for the quarter ending September 30, 2017 (“Q3 2017”) were $32,026 compared to a loss of ($55,457) for the quarter ending September 30, 2016 (“Q3 2016) or an increase of $87,388.

The total assets on the Balance Sheet for the Alliance Creative Group as of 9/30/17 were $6,676,087 compared to $5,466,137 as of 09/30/16.  An increase of $1,209.950 or 22%.

The total outstanding common shares as of September 30, 2017 were 1,614,560,106 with 1,484,234,806 of those shares in the float.

The Company ended the quarter with $142,070 in the bank.

The Year to date revenue as of 09/30/2017 was $13,869,102 compared to $7,917,384 for the 9 months year to date as of 09/30/2016.  An increase of $5,951,718 or 75% increase.

Long Term Liabilities (including accrued interest) were reduced by $183,785 in the 3rd Quarter ending September 30, 2017.

Integration of software will significantly improve task management features

(PeopleVine.com) is pleased to announce that PeopleVine has acquired the assets of Tribe PM, Inc., owner of Tribe.do, to help expand their group collaboration, project management and task  management capabilities along with other benefits.

PEOPLEVINE SPUN OFF TO SEPARATE CORPORATION TO BETTER PREPARE FOR POTENTIAL PARTNERS

ACGX receives shares of new corporation and board seat

CHICAGO, IL - Alliance Creative Group, Inc. (AllianceCreativeGroup.com) (OTC: ACGX) is pleased to announce that software company, PeopleVine, has been spun off into its own private Delaware corporation.    

The new company will start with 2 board members, Jordan Gilman and Paul Sorkin.  Alliance Creative Group, Inc. has been the sole investor to date and has invested $700,000 in cash and services since 2015 and will be a shareholder of the new Corporation.  The same two original founders of PeopleVine are also shareholders of the new corporation.  

Alliance Creative Group, Inc. (Stock symbol ACGX) currently owns 3,364,375 shares of the new private corporation with a current value of $.50 per share based on the price of the last investment into the new company.

PeopleVine will continue discussions and possible partnerships, investments, and strategic alliances with multiple potential parties.

ALLIANCE CREATIVE GROUP (ACGX) SETTLES LAWSUIT WITH GOLDEN STATE EQUITY INVESTORS

Disputed Convertible Debenture to be retired

CHICAGO, IL - Alliance Creative Group, Inc. (AllianceCreativeGroup.com) (OTC: ACGX) is pleased to announce the lawsuit between Golden State Equity Investors, Inc. and Alliance Creative Group, Inc. related to a dispute over financing instruments has been settled and the case will be dismissed.

The parties both had claims against each other in the U.S. District Court of Southern California.  In exchange for some preferred equity shares in ACGX, an existing investor has agreed to purchase the potential rights Golden State may have had in the financing instruments.  This exchange agreement will allow the company to retire the debt in full and dismiss the lawsuit.  Some additional paperwork, filings, and legal transactions are required to completely finalize this settlement and exchange, However, all parties are in agreement of the final terms and money is being held in escrow.

Revenues for the quarter ending June 30, 2017 (“Q2 2017”) were $4,733,909 compared to $2,853,307 for the quarter ending June 30, 2016 (“Q2 2016) or an increase of $1,880,602 or 66% increase.

Gross Profits for the quarter ending June 30, 2017 (“Q2 2017”) were $930,655 compared to $651,161 for the quarter ending June 30, 2016 (“Q2 2016) or an increase of $279,494 or 43% increase.

Net Incomes for the quarter ending June 30, 2017 (“Q2 2017”) were $232,438 compared to $15,785 for the quarter ending June 30, 2016 (“Q2 2016) or an increase of $216,653 or an increase of 1,373%.

The total assets on the Balance Sheet for the Alliance Creative Group as of 6/30/17 were $6,612,978 up $910,352 from 06/30/16.

The total outstanding common shares of stock symbol ACGX as of June 30, 2017 and still as of August 8, 2017 were 1,539,196,388 with 1,408,875,413 of those shares in the float.

Company ended the quarter with $240,511 in the bank.

Long Term Liabilities (including accrued interest) were reduced by $424,231 in the 2nd Quarter ending June 30, 2017.

Revenues for the quarter ending March 31, 2017 (“Q1 2017”) were $5,116,436 compared to $2,665,798 for the quarter ending March 31, 2016 (“Q1 2016) or an increase of $2,450,638 or 92% increase.

Gross Profits for the quarter ending March 31, 2017 (“Q1 2017”) were $1,880,224 compared to $634,671 for the quarter ending March 31, 2016 (“Q1 2016) or an increase of $1,245,553 or 196% increase.

Net Incomes for the quarter ending March 31, 2017 (“Q1 2017”) were $392,656 compared to a loss of (-$51,178) for the quarter ending March 31, 2016 (“Q1 2016) or an increase of $443,834.

The total assets on the Balance Sheet for the Alliance Creative Group as of 3/31/17 were $7,019,459.

The total outstanding common shares as of March 31, 2017 were 1,238,961,054 with 1,108,640,079 of those shares in the float.

Revenues for the quarter ending September 30, 2016 (“Q3 2016”) were $2,345,384.  Gross Profits for the quarter were $570,838 for (“Q3 2016”). Net Incomes were ($55,362) for (“Q3 2016”).

The total assets of the Alliance Creative Group as of 9/30/16 were $5,466,137.

The total outstanding common shares as of September 30, 2016 were 998,961,454 with 898,640,079 of those shares in the float.

Company ended the quarter with $109,165 in the bank.

Agreement includes multiple additional SKUs for 2017

Sorkin notes Alliance's unique position in the OTC market as a 17-year-old old established company with significant revenues, profits and assets, and explains the company's plans to explore three separate potential areas of growth beyond its normal business.

Alliance recently entered into a consulting agreement that creates an entrance into the marijuana sector to capitalize on industry ancillary products such as edibles, candles, fertilizers, lights, supplements, hemp-based products and more, all of which will need printing, packaging, consulting and similar services.

"I don't feel that this industry for us will be a huge homerun tomorrow, but I think we're planting a seed, no pun intended ... for future growth," explains Sorkin. 

In upcoming weeks the company will also launch a new product that Sorkin says is "very relevant to our current business," representing another revenue stream and doorway to other products and services. The third area of expansion is with the company's internal "Alliance Tank," in which it will focus on utilizing shared resources and strategic mergers and acquisitions.

"Now that we are an established proven company ... we're looking to add companies that have a proof-of-concept in the consumer product goods arena ...," he says. "It could be similar to printing and packaging or supply chain management, but it could also be PR and marketing, and technology and software and things that we can use as ancillary products or supplemental products or things that create the synergies between our products and services and that company's."

Wrapping up the interview, Sorkin says that this multi-faceted approach to expansion provides the opportunity for consistent, solid growth.

CEO and Chairman of the board

Mr. St. Louis began his career in 1990 as a Navy Corpsman in the United States Marine Corps Infantry. He was part of an elite amphibious recon unit and served in Operation Desert Storm / Desert Shield. Mr. St. Louis received the Kuwait Freedom Medal, a Combat Action Ribbon, and 12 Accommodations for his service. Following his career in the United States military, Mr. St. Louis attended Illinois State University from 1994 to 1997. He started St. Louis Packaging in 1997 and is the President of St. Louis Packaging, Inc. and STL Graphics Group. He is currently the C.E.O and Chairman of the board for the Alliance Creative Group.

Paul Sorkin
COO and General Counsel

Mr. Sorkin is the C.O.O. and General Counsel for the Alliance Creative Group. He was the prior C.E.O and General Counsel for the Alliance Creative Group/ Invicta Group from June 2008 until December of 2011. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Sorkin served as CEO and General Counsel at Image Worldwide/Nationwide where he was also the publisher of IMAGE magazine, from 1996 to 2004.

Mr. Sorkin served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at S & B Collectibles where he helped the company grow from about 5 employees to over 250 employees and from about $1,000,000 in gross revenue to over $100,000,000 in gross revenue and was involved with getting new products on TV, in retail distribution and online. Mr. Sorkin holds a B.A. degree from the University of Illinois and a J.D. degree from Chicago Kent College of Law.

Kevin Piemonte
Vice President of Sales - Packaging

Mr. Piemonte has more than 15 years of successful outside sales experience. He worked for one of the largest packaging master distributors in North America, producing over $5 million in sales in Illinois alone. He leveraged his industry experience and proven account management skills to open and expand the distributor’s base of national accounts. In 2002, he joined St. Louis Packaging, Inc. (Now part of the Alliance Creative Group) , and his expertise has helped more than double sales. He is currently Vice President of Sales.

Greg Kardasz
Vice President of Sales - Printing

Mr. Kardasz got his start in the printing business in 1982 working as a feeder on a 40” six color press. He has worked in virtually every facet of printing and in 2002 he came to STL Graphics Group (Now part of Alliance Creative Group) with more than 20 years of prepress, pressroom, bindery, and sales experience. His broad range of printing experience has helped ACG improve overall operations and has made him a valuable resource for all our clients. Mr. Kardasz is currently Vice President of Sales.

Donna Hamilton
Director of Operations/Controller

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of corporate finance, Donna Hamilton’s diverse resume extends beyond that of the typical chief financial officer to include human resources, managing day to day operations and organizational reconstruction. As Alliance Creative Group's Controller and Director of Operations, Donna tracks the day to day financial activities of the three divisions and provides team leaders with expert financial advice, plans their yearly budgets and manages day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining us, Donna ran her own financial consulting firm DH Infinite Financial Solutions which specialized in cost reduction and budget planning for small to mid-size companies, where one of her largest clients was ProSource Financial, which she supported and spear headed the merger with Arthur J. Gallagher and Company.

Donna was also the CFO, VP of Finance and Partner at Slack Barshinger & Partners. While there, she headed up accounting, finance, human resources and operations and tracked the day-to-day financial activities of all clients and provided client team leaders with expert financial advice as they planned their yearly budgets with clients.

She also is quite the entrepreneur and owned her own franchise WineStyles Wine & Gifts.

Steve Taucher
Production Manager

Stephen began his career in direct mail when he should have been enjoying summer and holiday breaks during school. Who knew all that time on the mail shop floor would turn into a career? Fifteen years later, Stephen extended those summer vacations into a successful career in production, management, customer service, and sales in the direct mail industry. He’s worn all the hats. As the years passed Stephen was made a partner and eventually became soul owner. After selling his company 2006, Stephen began selling direct mail packages from conception through delivery. Today, he leverages all of that experience as a Production Manager creating solutions for clients at ACG.

Jordan Gilman
President and Chief Software Architect of PeopleVine

Mr. Gilman is the President and Chief Software Architect of the PeopleVine division of Alliance Creative Group, a platform that he originally founded. He brings over 20 years of experience as a software architect and programmer where 7 of those years were spent at Whirlpool Corporation in a variety of capacities; most recently as the Principal Design Lead for rolling out Whirlpool’s eCommerce throughout the globe.

He has helped many Fortune 500 companies deliver engaging and interactive experiences for their consumers in addition to helping Whirlpool launch several B2B sales channels online. Mr. Gilman has managed project budgets in upwards of $50,000,000 along with teams across 4 continents totaling 150+ team members. Although his forte is in eCommerce, Mr. Gilman has a wide capacity of knowledge in CRM, Marketing and Consumer Engagement which have helped him build the PeopleVine platform from the ground up. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University focusing on Information Systems and Computer Science.
