Early Stage Business Investments

The Company may become an equity investor in certain companies if the investment opportunity provides a larger future opportunity. ACG’s philosophy is to purchase businesses that help diversify the potential risk/reward of the company’s current investments and/or improve the overall shared resource infrastructure. Creating a strong ecosystem is very important to ACG’s strategy. Purchasing businesses like a development agency, marketing agency, a staffing company and an architecture firm may allow ACG to operate projects at a lower margin more efficiently and more effectively. For example, if ACG purchased a marketing firm, they would be able to use that firm to market every property, the construction company, all of the acqui-hire companies, and ACG itself. Further, the marketing agency would have many other clients outside of ACG that would cultivate more revenue.
